Artisan Custom Homes is delighted to announce their collaboration with renowned real estate developer East West Partners at The Waterfront – located on Daniel Island. The Waterfront is a community within a community and features the best in luxury living on the water’s edge of the Wando River.
After a successful launch of 30 condominiums, East West Partners decided to create two new properties within this coastal enclave – The Sanderling Townhomes and the Marsh Cottages. Artisan Custom Homes was approached to collaborate on these projects and ultimately was chosen as the builder of these residences. Artisan Custom Homes vast experience of building luxury homes in the Lowcountry, their attention to detail and high level finishes were the perfect fit to ensure these residences feel like a home.
The Sanderling Townhomes feature 11 units ranging from 2,900 to 3,400 square feet and include a 2-car garage. The Marsh Cottages include 6 units ranging from 2,700 to 3,100 square feet and feature a 2-car garage. Charleston designer Betsy Berry of B. Berry Interiors is managing the finishes and design work for the residences.
